Place 4 salmon sSteaks, 1″ thick, in a shallow baking pan.
Blend 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, & 1 tsp paprika.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 Minutes.
Apply remaining sauce as desired.
Gourmet Salmon Steaks
2 Lbs salmon steaks
1 cup dry vermouth
3/4 cup melted fat or oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp sage
1/8 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce
Thaw Frozen Steaks. Cut into serving size portions and place in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish and let stand for 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting. Place fish in well-greased hinge wire grills. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 8 minutes. baste with sauce. Turn and cook for 7-10 more minutes more or until fish flakes
